Rae first found her love for health and wellness early on as she spent her childhood as a competitive gymnast and starting in her teen years fell in love with working out and lifting weights.
Her first introduction to Myofascial Release was through her personal trainer in her early twenties, while still attending college at MTSU. After graduating with a Wellness and Exercise Degree in 2011, she took up her dream job, coaching gymnastics. Although she loved coaching gymnastics she was intrigued with Myofascial Release and decided to attend massage school to become a Myofascial Release Practitioner.
Graduating from Georgia Massage School in Dec. 2013, she attended her first John F. Barns Myofascial Release workshop in Nov. 2014. Since attending her first course she has taken all the courses offered by the John F. Barns organization and has repeated several, totally over 24 workshops attended. Rae doesn’t just do the work on others but is a true advocate in making sure she herself is treated regularly and has her own testimonial to how myofascial release has truly changed her life.
